UK Delivery

Which countries are included in the UK?

The following countries are included in our definition of the UK for delivery purposes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and all BFPO addresses. For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, please see our Europe delivery rates.

How will it be delivered?

All items delivered to a UK address will be despatched using Royal Mail First Class.

How long will it take to arrive?

For deliveries to a UK address, despatch time is 7-10 working days from receipt of order.

Delivery times to BFPO addresses are dependent on British Forces Post Office schedules.

What are the VAT charges ?

VAT at 17.5% is charged on all products except books. VAT is also charged on postage and packaging.

What are the postage charges?

£2 for the first item + £1 for each additional item + VAT

European Delivery

How will it be delivered?

All items delivered to a European address will be despatched using Airmail.

How long will it take to arrive?

For deliveries to a European address, despatch time is 6-10 working days from receipt of order.

What are the VAT charges ?

If you have valid EU VAT number no VAT is charged on the order.

If you do not have a valid EU VAT number VAT at 17.5% is charged on all products except books. VAT is also charged on postage and packaging.

What are the postage charges?

£4 for the first item + £2 for each additional item + VAT unless you have a EU VAT number.

Rest of the world delivery

How will it be delivered?

All items delivered to a Rest of World address will be despatched using Airmail.

How long will it take to arrive?

For deliveries to a Rest of World address, despatch time is 8-12 working days from receipt of order.

What are the VAT charges ?

No VAT is charged on orders outside the UK and Europe.

What are the postage charges?

£6 for the first item + £3 for each additional item + exempt of VAT

Refund/Cancellation

We shall endeavour to dispatch goods within 7-10 working days of receipt of your order. Any item purchased from us, which proves faulty on our equipment, will be exchanged. We retain the right not to fulfil any order.

DVDs cannot be returned or refunded for reasons specifying format. Please be sure before you order any items from us that you are able to play them.

Lost & Missing Deliveries

If you think the delivery of your item/items is overdue, please send us an email at filmstore@bfi.org.uk and we will take appropriate action. (Please quote your Order Number)
